Dear EMS, Fire Services and Hospital Customers, We are pleased to announce that HealthNet recently entered into a partnership with RSQ911 Solutions to launch a web-based survey tool that will allow us to capture key insights and measure customer satisfaction at every stage of a flight. This survey tool is an extension of our commitment to provide superior services to patients and their families, as well as the pre-hospital and hospital caregivers we work with everyday. As our valued partner in emergency medical care, I am personally seeking your input to ensure that our organization can address opportunities to better serve you and the patients we collectively serve. The survey will enhance communication between our organizations by giving you the opportunity to provide real-time feedback regarding our interactions at a patient care / flight level. At the same time, we will provide timely follow up of opportunities for improvement as they are identified.
